I’ve compiled a list of the most frequent questions I’ve been asked. So, have a read through to see if you find the answer to your question.


What do your packages contain?

When you sign up for one of my packages, you get outstanding customer support, whatever stage of the buying journey your customers are on. From onboarding to offboarding, I’ll make things quick and simple for them. I will deal with any customer query in English, French or German.

Can I roll over any hours?

The short answer is NO.
When you sign up for a package, it secures my time working on your business. It means that I manage my time in order to meet the deadlines that we’ve both agreed on. If I roll over any hours, it becomes unmanageable and I can’t guarantee my time working on your business. Remember that I too run a business and have other clients that I also provide outstanding customer support for!



My packages are payment in advance, on receipt of invoice. I invoice midway through the month for work starting on the 1st of the following month. Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Work will start on payment receipt.

Online payment

Prefered payment is via bank transfer or through Wise. Contact me directly to discuss any other payment means.


My packages are priced in € or currency equivalent. Contact me to discuss details.
